Got Questions? We have answers.

Find answers to common questions about docuzer’s intelligence, usage, and policies.

🌟 What is docuzer?

Think of docuzer as your high-speed personal assistant for information. It’s an AI app that helps you read, understand, and use documents or photos in seconds. Whether you upload a 50-page PDF or a quick photo of a notebook, you can chat with docuzer in plain English to get exactly the answers you need. It even remembers your context, so follow-up questions feel natural.

🧪 Welcome Trial Details

The docuzer Welcome Trial lasts for 7 calendar days. You get a daily AI allowance of 3,000 characters and up to 10 MB of uploads. These limits reset every day at midnight. 1 character equals 1 letter, space, or symbol. AI access ends when the trial time ends if not upgraded.

📂 Supported Files

Supported uploads include: txt, json, csv, pdf, doc, docx, pptx, png, jpg, jpeg, webp, and gif. docuzer reads these formats and prepares them for your questions in the same conversation thread.

🇮🇳 Indian Documents (Rent, GST, Salary)

docuzer is built to handle local documents like rent agreements, salary slips, and GST invoices. Ask "What are the risks?" or "Find the totals" in plain English, and it will skip the jargon to give you the bottom line.

💰 Handling Bills & Totals

No more manual math. docuzer can read tables within documents to calculate GST values, find total amounts, or identify incorrect entries. It explains the math step-by-step so you understand the logic.

🎓 How does it help with homework?

Parents can snap a photo of a textbook. docuzer can then generate practice questions, explain difficult concepts simply, or create a summary to help the child study faster and better.

⚖️ What does the Lawyer role do?

The Lawyer role analyzes contracts and legal papers with a formal, clause-aware eye. It highlights potential risks, missing details, and required next steps from long agreements in seconds.

📉 What does “Confidence is low” or “medium confidence” mean?

It does not mean the model “failed math” or that a short answer is wrong. Docuzer adds that note when an answer was produced with less supporting evidence in our checks—for example no live web grounding, no document context, no built-in calculation tool path, or a very short reply. It’s a reminder to double-check important facts, especially for questions that need up-to-date or verified information.

➕ Why might I see “low confidence” on something simple (like basic addition)?

Simple questions can still get a low confidence score if the reply is very short (our system treats very brief answers as having less to verify), or if the question was routed as a general / factual style query instead of going through the strict arithmetic tool (which only runs for pure number expressions, e.g. 10 + 230, not full sentences like “What is 10 + 230?”). The numeric result can still be correct; the label is about how the answer was produced, not a separate “math checker.”

🛡️ How is confidence different from the disclaimer “AI can make mistakes”?

The AI disclaimer applies to all AI output. Confidence notes are extra for some replies: they flag cases where we had weaker signals (tools, grounding, documents, or answer length). Use them together: treat any AI answer as something to verify when it matters—contracts, money, health, legal, or anything time-sensitive.

🔒 Is my data safe?

Your privacy is our priority. We use bank-level encryption. Your files are stored under your personal Firebase account and are never shared or used to train other models. Avoid uploading highly confidential data unless your own policy allows it.

⏳ Plan or Trial ending?

You'll get reminders before the time window ends. After expiry, AI usage may stop until you upgrade, and chats or uploads may be removed according to our retention rules. Renew early to keep continuity.

♻️ Reinstalling the app?

If you sign back in with the same account, your chats will load from the cloud. Clearing app data only wipes the device history, not your Firestore cloud history. Your work stays with you.
