We collect personal data in the following categories, depending on how you use the Service and your device settings:
We collect personal data directly from you when you register, complete profile fields, upload files, send messages, make purchases, or contact support. We also collect it automatically when you use the Service (e.g., logs, device data) and from third parties such as authentication providers and payment processors.
We use personal data to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service (including AI features, document analysis, chat history, synchronization across devices, and customer support). We also use it to authenticate users, secure accounts, detect and prevent fraud, process payments, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data for money.
We may share personal data with service providers & processors who assist us under contract (hosting, database, authentication, storage, messaging, customer support tools, analytics, security, email delivery, payment processing, and AI inference providers). They may process personal data only on our instructions and subject to appropriate safeguards.
The Service may be operated using infrastructure and subprocessors located outside your country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) and comply with local transfer rules.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including account data, chat/document content, billing records, and security logs. When retention ends, we delete or irreversibly anonymize personal data where feasible.
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk to that extent.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal data. You may exercise rights by contacting us at support@docuzer.com.
To provide AI features, prompts, contextual chat history, and document-derived text may be transmitted to model providers (such as Google Gemini) under our agreements. Those providers may process such data to generate outputs. We configure services to minimize unnecessary sharing and to respect applicable provider policies.
We may use analytics, diagnostics, and integrity services (including platform features such as Firebase / App Check) to measure reliability, detect tampering, and improve the Service. Such tools may collect device and usage identifiers in accordance with their policies and your device settings.
