These Terms bind you and Shambhavay Technologies when you use docuzer. Read them with the Privacy
Policy. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree. If not, do not use docuzer.
docuzer provides AI-assisted chat, document drafting, upload analysis, summaries, comparisons,
chart generation, exports (PDF, DOCX, CSV), chat history, subscriptions, add-ons, push
notifications, device session management, and optional Time-off mini-games. Features vary by plan.
We may change features with notice where reasonable.
You must be 18+ and legally able to contract. You must provide accurate registration information
and keep credentials secure. One person must not create multiple accounts to abuse trials or limits.
You agree not to: break laws; upload malware; harass others; infringe intellectual property;
scrape or reverse engineer the app except as law allows; bypass device or plan limits; share
account access; upload data you lack rights to process; generate illegal or harmful content;
misrepresent AI output as guaranteed professional advice; or misuse explicit-content features.
We may remove content, issue strikes, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations.
You own what you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it solely to
operate and improve the Service, including AI inference and caching. You are responsible for
Content and for reviewing AI Output before external use.
AI Output may be wrong, incomplete, or biased. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other
licensed professional advice. Document "red-flag" or risk features are heuristic only. You must
independently verify before relying or sharing. No warranty on AI accuracy.
Welcome Trial: one-time per new account where offered, with daily limits shown in My Plan.
Paid plans and add-ons: prices and features shown in-app at purchase. Payment through authorized
in-app checkout; methods shown at purchase time may include cards, UPI, or wallets depending on
configuration — we do not name a single provider in these Terms because options may change.
Taxes may apply. Subscriptions expire on the date shown unless renewed. Failed payments may
suspend features. Refunds: contact our Contact form at docuzer.com/contact-us or in-app Help & Support → Contact; subject to stated refund policy and
Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Clients cannot edit subscription fields — billing is server-controlled.
Up to three concurrent devices per account. Additional sign-ins may revoke oldest sessions.

We own the app, brand, and underlying software except your Content. Do not copy or misuse our

The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference and describes data practices including chat
storage, deletion, AI processing, and payments.
Sign-in (Google, Apple), cloud hosting, AI, payments, and linked websites are governed by their
terms too. We are not liable for third-party outages beyond legal requirements.
THE SERVICE AND AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE,
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/DATA/GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL DIRECT LIABILITY
IN ANY TWELVE MONTHS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FEES YOU PAID US IN THAT PERIOD OR INR 5,000.
Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury from negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct,
or non-excludable consumer rights.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your Content, misuse, or violation of these Terms,
except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
