These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Shambhavay Technologies for your use of docuzer. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use docuzer.
docuzer provides AI-assisted chat, document drafting, upload analysis, summaries, comparisons, chart generation, exports (including PDF, DOCX, and CSV where offered), chat history, subscriptions, add-ons, push notifications, device session management, and optional Time-off mini-games. Features available to you depend on your active plan, trial status, and the live product catalogue. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Descriptions on marketing or Subscription cards are summaries only; the live catalogue and your account entitlements control.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your place of residence, if higher) and legally capable of entering a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain extra trials, circumvent limits, or abuse the Service is prohibited.
You agree not to: violate applicable law; upload malware or harmful code; harass others; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the Service except as mandatory law allows; bypass plan, device, or technical limits; share account access commercially; upload content you lack rights to process; generate illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content; present AI Output as guaranteed professional advice; or misuse filters relating to explicit or prohibited content.
We may remove content, limit features, issue warnings or strikes, suspend, or terminate accounts for suspected or confirmed violations, with or without prior notice where we reasonably believe risk, abuse, or legal duty requires prompt action.
You retain ownership of content you submit (“Content”). You grant Shambhavay Technologies a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, and create derivative technical representations of Content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service (including AI inference, caching, indexing, and exports you request). You represent that you have all rights needed to submit Content and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights. You remain solely responsible for Content and for reviewing AI Output before any external use, reliance, filing, or publication.
AI Output may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or biased. docuzer is a productivity tool. AI Output is not legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other licensed professional advice, and it does not create an attorney–client or similar relationship. “Risk”, “red-flag”, comparison, or similar features are automated heuristics only. You must independently verify all material facts, figures, and wording before acting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding AI accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
6.1 Welcome Trial. Where offered, a Welcome Trial is one-time per eligible new account, subject to daily character and upload limits shown in My Profile → My Plan (or equivalent). Trial terms may change prospectively.
6.2 Paid plans and add-ons. Prices, validity periods, features, and limits are those displayed at purchase and recorded on your account after successful payment. Billing fields on your account are server-controlled; you may not alter entitlements locally. Taxes, gateway fees, and app-store charges may apply as shown at checkout.
6.3 Payment methods. Payment is collected through authorised checkout (which may include Google Play Billing on Android Play builds, Apple In-App Purchase on iOS where offered, and/or other authorised processors we enable). Available methods may change by platform and region. We do not store your full card number or UPI PIN.
6.4 No auto-renewal. Subscriptions and plan periods do not auto-renew. Access continues until the expiry date shown on your account. To continue after expiry, you must initiate a new purchase or renewal yourself. Failure to renew may suspend paid features.
6.5 Upgrades and downgrades. Mid-term downgrade to a cheaper plan while an active paid period remains is not offered. You may use your current plan until it expires. Upgrades, where available, are charged as shown at checkout (including any displayed adjustment). Plan changes do not guarantee a refund of amounts already paid for unused time, except as stated in Section 6.6.
6.6 Cancellation and refunds. Subscription and add-on payments are non-refundable once successfully processed, except where a refund is required under applicable law (including non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019) or where we approve a refund at our sole discretion after reviewing a written request. There is no automatic self-serve refund or cooling-off cancel window in the product. App-store purchases may also be subject to the store’s own refund rules, which can apply in addition to these Terms.
6.7 Chargebacks. Unfounded or fraudulent chargebacks after digital delivery of the Service may result in suspension or termination and recovery of costs where permitted by law.
6.8 Pricing errors. Obvious pricing or catalogue errors may be corrected. The price confirmed at successful checkout for that transaction governs that purchase.
6.9 Inactive accounts. If you have no active trial or paid plan for a prolonged period, we may delete chats and related stored files after in-app notice, including after approximately thirty (30) days without an active plan, to manage storage and security. Please renew or export records you need before that happens.
Up to three concurrent devices may remain signed in. Signing in on an additional device may revoke the oldest session. Manage devices under Settings → Active devices.
We and our licensors own the Service, software, branding, and documentation, excluding your Content. You may not copy, modify, or exploit our trademarks or software except as these Terms allow. Copyright notices: Contact form (Terms Inquiry) with details sufficient for us to assess the claim.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference and explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete personal data, including account deletion requests.
Sign-in providers (such as Google or Apple), cloud hosts, AI providers, payment processors, app stores, and external websites you open from the Service have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, acts, or policies beyond duties we cannot exclude under Indian law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW, THE SERVICE AND AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) INR 5,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
You will indemnify and hold harmless Shambhavay Technologies and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
You may stop using docuzer at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, submit the Contact form with topic Account Deletion (website or in-app Help & Support → Contact). We will verify the request and process deletion in line with our Privacy Policy and legal retention duties (for example billing records). We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, inactivity, or legal requirement. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, payments already due, and disputes) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer forum jurisdiction, courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first via the Contact form (Terms Inquiry) so we can try to resolve concerns informally within a reasonable time before formal proceedings where that is sensible.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, epidemic, labour disputes, internet or cloud provider failures, power failures, or government action.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will provide notice in-app, by email, or on our website where practicable. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. The “Last Updated” date above shows the current version.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the entitlements shown for your account at the time of use form the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on the same subject. English controls over any translation. Notices may be sent to your registered email or shown in-app.

S.1 Chat deletion is permanent after purge completes. Please export PDFs before deleting chats you may need later.
S.2 Cross-chat reference is optional in My Profile. When off, we do not silently pull other chats into context.
S.3 Daily character and upload allowances reset per plan rules and are shown in My Plan. Exhausted balances may pause AI chat, analysis, or uploads until reset or you purchase additional capacity where offered.
S.4 Role-based replies may be turned on or off in My Profile; when off, replies use a general style.
S.5 Time-off games are for entertainment only and carry no monetary prizes unless we separately announce otherwise.
S.6 Android share-into-app accepts common document and image types; you remain responsible for files from untrusted sources.
S.7 External links from AI answers open only after you confirm leaving the app, where that confirmation is shown.
S.8 Beta or experimental features may change or end without prior notice.
