These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and the operating entity identified below (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the docuzer mobile application, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time).
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
The Service may integrate third-party platforms (including, without limitation, cloud hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, and artificial intelligence providers). Your use of the Service may also be subject to such third parties’ terms and policies where applicable.

1.1 “Account” means the user profile and credentials created when you register for the Service.
1.2 “Content” means any data, text, files, prompts, outputs, images, metadata, or other materials submitted to or generated by the Service.
1.3 “Subscription” means a paid plan or recurring entitlement to use paid features.
1.4 “AI Output” means any response, summary, analysis, or draft produced by automated systems integrated into the Service.
2.1 You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Using the Service on behalf of an organization binds that organization to these terms.
3.1 We may modify these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided by posting updated Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
4.1 You are responsible for all activity under your Account and for maintaining credential confidentiality.
5.1 We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for lawful purposes. Reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
6.1 Plans and pricing are as displayed at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically. Indian taxes (GST) apply where applicable.
7.1 We enforce technical limits (rate limits, file sizes). Users must not attempt to bypass these controls.
Users must not violate laws, infringe rights, transmit malware, or generate illegal content. docuzer must not be used for high-risk activities where errors could cause harm without human oversight.
10.1 AI Output may be incorrect or biased. YOU MUST INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY ANY AI OUTPUT.
10.2 AI Output is NOT legal, medical, or financial advice. No attorney-client relationship is created.
11.1 You retain ownership of your Content. You grant us a license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Company’s liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three (3) months prior to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is higher.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
