docuzer — HOW-TO GUIDE

50 step-by-step guides

We've written this in plain language — just what to tap and what to expect. If you're stuck on a step, take your time; most things are a couple of taps away.

Open the menu (☰) from chat to reach My Profile, Subscription, Chat History, Help, Settings, Time-off, and Logout.

PART 1 — SIGN IN & PROFILE (1–6)

1. How to sign in for the first time

Open docuzer and choose Continue with Google (then pick your account) or Continue with Email (enter your email and password). Please make sure you have a working internet connection first.

2. How to read Terms and Privacy before you join

On the welcome screen, tap Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policies, read through them, and tap Close when you're done.

3. How to complete the short profile setup

Step 1 asks for your name, phone (optional), country, and city (city is required for India) — tap Next. Step 2 is where you pick your role — tap Next again. Step 3 shows the Welcome Trial message — read it, then tap Start chat. You're all set.

4. How to update your name, phone, country, or city later

Open the menu (☰) from chat, go to My Profile, edit the fields you need, and tap Save.

5. How to change your professional role

From My Profile, open My role, choose Student, Lawyer, Teacher, Sales Team, Researcher, Analyst, or Other, then tap Save.

Connect to Wi‑Fi or mobile data first. When you're back online, try signing in again — you may see "Back online — you can sign in now."

7. How to send a message

Type your question in "Ask docuzer…" at the bottom, tap Send, and wait for the reply to appear.
